The list reflects the decisions and perspectives of everyday women who support the eco-friendly philosophy of new urbanism. Communities selected are ones that contribute to the development of safe and sustainable neighborhoods for children, working adults, seniors and the environment. The #1 community highlighted in the list is Baldwin Park, located about two miles east of downtown Orlando, Florida.
