TenUnited Wins Top National Award for Baldwin Park

ORLANDO - Feb. 14, 2008 - TenUnited, one of the country’s largest independent advertising agencies, last night received the coveted gold award for a 30-second Baldwin Park television commercial at the 2008 National Sales & Marketing Awards. The award ceremony was held in conjunction with the National Association of Home Builders conference underway in Orlando through Saturday.

The television ad, titled "Achingly Beautiful," showcases the nature of living in Baldwin Park. Mixing real footage of daily life in the neighborhood the ad captures the varied nature of living within a traditional neighborhood development.

"We have been working with Baldwin Park for more than seven years," said Barb Scherer, president of the Orlando office of TenUnited. "In that time we have built a brand that absolutely represents what is great about this exceptional neighborhood-the unique combination of neighborhood friendly and city smart. But we didn’t do it alone. We have been fortunate to have such a great client that understands the power of creating a conversation with the community."

Winners of The NationalsSM emerge from a three-day judging process that includes evaluation by marketing professionals representing a wide range of disciplines and a geographic cross section.
